Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any sort, unless it is a defective product upon arrival. You have 72 hours from the time the item arrived to contact us. In that event, please email ASAP with a photo of defect and packing slip to info@youngandrad.com
Since we sell products primarily for infants and toddlers, we do not offer returns or exchanges as we can’t account for where items have been, what they may or may not have been exposed to, etc. We do this to ensure that no infants or toddlers receive a product that might have new contaminations, contain allergens, etc. Please review product sizing information and double check your selections prior to placing your order.
